    Hi,
Do you have any idea why you might have been sandboxed?

I also do have the same problem, very good results in Yahoo, but poor in Google, I guess there are simply different algorithms that we do not know about ... To compete in Google is much, much harder ...

exactly. Google is a bit of tougher nut to crack.
However, keep at it, keep doing what you're doing, but make sure the links are quality links.
A backlink from a PR5 page is worth so much more than one from a PR0 page.

No, you are not sandboxed. Just because Google webmaster tools isn't showing any of your backlinks doesn't mean they don't see them.

Google never shows you all of your backlinks. If they did, it would be easier for people to reverse engineer their algorithm and manipulate the system even more.

Keep doing what you're doing and Google will follow.

This is true. Google's LINK: operator AND Webmaster Tools both show a sample. LINK: usually yields a very small sample. Webmaster Tools will yield a larger sample... but still typically small in comparison to the number of links Google likely knows about.

If Yahoo! has discovered them, you can bet that Google has likely discovered most all of those same links and more. Google indexes MUCH more of the web than Yahoo!/Bing and does it more often.

You should note also that both Google's LINK: operator and WMT can show NOFOLLOW links and link from sites known to be under penalty, both of which do nothing for rankings at Google.

Yahoo! Site Explorer ALWAYS shows a much large sample of links than Google does (though they are links Yahoo!, not Google, knows about). It's probably the best source for tracking your back links.

Don't be alarmed by what you see on Google. Monitor progress by using your web analytics... You'll learn a lot more about whether you're being successful or not.
