This might seem like a confusing post but here goes. I know the keyword phrase is suppose to be in the title and in the body of a post. But what about H1 header where does that come in? Should it be in there too? Is there any point in having a H1?

    mmm...not to sure....I still use meta tags and title tags....I would say just to be test it out and see what happens...couldn't hurt to optimize your h1 tags and such.

    Yes have an H1, it should be the first title on your page. Don't worry about h2-3 etc, just have an h1 as your main content title. Do not confuse page title, ie the the page header title tag with h1 tags which are for on-page content. More explanation here.

    Yes, absolutely. H1 is only slightly less important than the title IMO.

    Another note to mention if you are using wordpress: be sure to view your source in the browser when looking at your site. There are some WP themes that make post titles H2 instead of H1. Just CTRL+F and search for h1.

    Regarding On Page optimization. H1 is your main title. I'm also using meta tags and title tags it will not an big issue if try something new its easy for you to optimized it well though.
