    Hi George,

You can start off by looking at the Adsense heat map:

Inside AdSense: Six AdSense optimization tips for forums

After you get some traffic, you can then tweak/make small changes to see what works best for your site.

Congrats on getting approved by Google Adsense.

Firstly my suggestion for your blog is that your blog content should have some paragraphing in it - when a person land in your blog for the first time, he will not be so overwhelmed with the mass pool of words.

Secondly, you can start introducing Site Links over at the left side bar then you can blend in the Google Adsense Link Units.

Thirdly, you can either introduce a small rectangle or large rectangle (highly recommended but may be too big for your current blog) to blend with the content.

Alternatively you can have Adsense between your posts.

Lastly try to blend your Ads to the colors of your blog theme like the URL Link Color of Adsense to follow the Link color of your blog. If not try to play around with the colors to see which one work for you.

you need to work on your video placements, they're all over the place, at least that's how it looks on Fire Fox v3 browser.
