Hi Warriors,

After all your help.... my main keyword has come to 2nd place in Google first page! Thanks so much for all your help and everything you guys provide are useful! =)

Now, actually I am starting to work on my 2nd keyword in my keyword list, and I have a quick question want to ask... let say my main keyword is "dog" and my second keyword that I am going to target is "dog training". Well, I have create a post in my blog that is targeting "dog training" and the url is http://www.dog.com/dog-training

Now, if I start to create backlinks for my keyword "dog training" -- should I use this keyword link to my main domain "http://www.dog.com" or should I focus on "http://www.dog.com/dog-training"?

Please kindly suggest and your comments are very much appreciated!

Thanks!

I would build backlinks to each individual page so that page can rank well in the serps.

I can just agree that to have links to specific page with a keyword is much better than to have them simply to your domain.

If you want to create backlinks for dog training, then you deffinitely have to link them to http://www.dog.com/dog-training, because there you have your keyword in URL!

Your welcome, just glad to help. I believe 50% of backlinks should point to the home page and the rest to individual pages that you are also trying to rank for, overall it should bring your entire website up in the serps as well as provide you with a good page rank for you site.

I would link it to the dog training url - it's a more specific page for the keyword.

My vote - deeper page. Dial down relevancy as much as you possibly can. It works! You will be amazed at how often people build keyword-targeted pages on their site and still try to get their main page ranking for that kw. Don't do that.. it will limit you later on down the road.

Try to get a double listing for "dog training" . This would be the most ideal since having a double listing places an eye anchor and you will get a higher CTR. Here's an link for how to do that http://www.hobo-web.co.uk/seo-blog/i...ngs-in-google/

I'll go for linking the dog.com/dog-training to be more specific and related to the site. It will be more helpful if you create blog that have relevancy to your keywords. Blog Hosting.
