Thanks in advance everyone. One of my sites I was doing a different testing and excluding the tag pages and category pages. Do you think this was a good more or should I include both the tag pages and the category pages for the pages I want indexed. I only ask this because I have built the site to some 160 post so far so there really wouldnt be too much of the content being duplicated. So I should be in no worries of a google pimp slap.

So the question is simple should I include these tag pages in my site maps as well as the categorie pages. For a few of my other sites I have these being included and they are getting a decent amount of traffic to the tag pages which inturn brings them to other pages on my site. But will it be of any help for my site that is a pr3 and 150+ indexed pages.

When I look at the tags I have on my site this would add another 500 pages or so all really targeted which should shoot me to the very next level for this site that has been gaining alot of ground as of late. According to alexa this sites reach has increased some 2000% for a one month period and even more for the 3 month period. I have also been doubling traffic every single month for the past few months now. So I really do not want to hurt the traffic with a google slap for dup content.
