Regarding claims about the Adsense TOS

I've looked and looked and looked. I find no evidence that Adsense requires certain pages as claimed by some of our cohorts here. I can find nothing that says we must have a "contact," "about," or "privacy" page.

If this does exist, can someone please link me to it? I'm starting to generate Adsense revenue regularly now and I want things to be kosher before a first check hits the mail.

You have to have certain privacy policy statements somewhere that's visitor accessible on your site: Updated Terms and Conditions - Inside AdSense

Create your own "privacy" "about" "contact" page that are relevant to your adsense revenue, an specific terms and policies will be the access of your guest.

    Google Advertising Cookies

AdSense publishers must have and abide by a privacy policy that discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users' browsers, or using web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on your website.

Bold is mine but that's a quote from https://www.google.com/adsense/suppo...n&answer=48182

As far as the other, I don't believe they are required but I believe Google has stated on their blog or in a video that an "About" page and "Contact" page are advisable.

Thanks for the help. I did read the Adsense TOS page, and somehow missed the privacy policy part.

For anyone who comes across this thread, I ended up simply using

Contact Form 7 - a wordpress plug-in for a nice contact form that also works with askimet to keep spam down.

    and

Easy Privacy Policy - a wordpress plug-in with a privacy policy for Adsense which is easily edited to fit your own needs.

    Thanks for the help!

Privacy Policy and Contact pages are important for Google. I remember reading it somewhere. The visitors to your site should be able to contact you to ask you questions perhaps regarding the privacy policy or something along those lines.

An about page is a good idea but not 100% necessary. I try to put one on my sites once they start getting some decent traffic (200-300 uniques/day).

I also include a TOS (Terms of Service) page on each individual site as well.

And like yukon says, it is very easy to copy, then adjust, your pages for each individual site.
