Where to do keyword analysis

OK, why do I ask it?
Google Keyword tool is now very different than it was before, lower results and I ask myself are these the actual results per month? So what was before?

I decided to work with Market Samurai and it shows me different results than google keyword tool today, so who is accurate?

Another thing about this software is that I used its rank checker and it found my sites on yahoo but when I go and search yahoo myself, I don't see them anywhere and as for google, some sites that are ranked were not found...so, this is accurate I ask you?

I don't there is a single reliable tool out there today, so how do I do my research, ideas?

As for Market Samurai, anyone else got confused with its results?

    I am using Market Samurai for quite sometime now and I find it reliable in terms of keyword research. Market samurai generate results as per day basis while the google adwords tool generates monthly results. To get more accurate results set the match type to exact and it will give you a better overview and to confirm it use the google adwords tool. I use the adwords tool just for confirmation confirmation purposes. I Find both tool helpful but I rely more on market samurai results though.

    I dont find any problem using the rank tracker also.

    What seems to be your problem with it? If you want, I can double check and will try to help you get rid of the confusions.

      Thanks a lot for you help my dear friend, I would really appreciate it a lot!

      1) OK, as for Market Samurai, I put the EXACT as you said and it's shows me 266 searches for a certain keyword and you say it's per day where google shows me 380 per month! How is that possible?

      2) As for Rank Checker in the program, there are keywords he doesn't find me in google where I am ranked and checked and as for Yahoo, it shows my sites ranked and even page 1 but when I search Yahoo for myself, I don't see my sites.

      Any ideas?

    Hmm...would you mind giving me that same keyword that you are referring to so I can check?

    With regards to the rank checker, make sure that youve entered that same keyword you used searching in this engines that you said that you are indexed to and ranked. It should be same target keyword you used in market samurai rank checker.
