Why is this blog not indexed yet?

It's been over 3 three weeks this blogger blog was created. It has been pinged and digg'ed' but it is not yet indexed by google and the other search engines. Please can someone tell me what could be wrong with the blog and what needs to be done?

    With google updates like other search engine like yahoo, It will takes time i believe indexed your blog and the visibility of your quality backlinks it maybe done but not yet in publish, just continue to well optimized your blog the site will be matured in time.

    it takes some time for you blog to be indexed especially if the blogsite is young. But as time pass by for sure it will be indexed. At the moment continue to put good contents and make sure they are unique and original.
