CalfMassager.com | Calf Massager

First niche site I ever created. Thoughts of the design? Look? Layout? Graphics? Loading time? Text size? Articles? Does it make you want to buy one? Is it too pitchy? Too many amazon ads?

I would like to become #1-3 on google/yahoo/bing for the keywords: "calf massager", "foot calf massager", and "foot and calf massager" if possible. Given my domain name I think it's possible. Should I write more articles (or hire an article writer)? Get more backlinks? Publish related articles with my website link in it to article sites? Can my site even compete with all those stores on the first page of the search engines selling calf massagers?

The site is already listed in Google and Yahoo/Bing for "calf massager" but not on the first page. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

So instead of it saying "CalfMassager.com | Calf Massager", just have it say "Calf Massager"?

Here are a few tweaks I would make.
    1. Add the keyword more in your meta description
    2. You need more content/pages on your website. The more content you have the better you will rank in Bing. On each content page link back to your homepage with the anchor text Calf Massager.
    3. submit a sitemap to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Expecially Bing. They are very slow at indexing and figuring out where they want to place you.
    4. Get more backlinks. Yes write more articles and link back to your website. Use social bookmarking websites, stumbleupon, reddit, mixx, etc. Use web 2.0 websites hubpages, squidoo, blogger, etc and link back to your website.

If you want to get to higher in the search results you need more backlinks. That should be your main focus. You don't need a ton. Your domain name will carry you pretty far.

    Good luck.

I don't see your alt description on your links and photos when I hover over them on your site..You should include the alt descriptions with keyword/s you want to rank high for on the links and the photos on your site..

Also if you can create a blog with quality article content and include links back to your main site..that will be helpful too..remember to add the keywords you are targeting in alt descriptions on the links back to your main site from the blog..If you need quality article contents for the blog let me know...Cheers Paul!
