Here comes a huge rant about 3 way links

I purchased a WSO who recommended getting traffic with 3Way Links. I won't mention him or his WSO because really it's got nothing to do with his product. However he pitches 3 Way Links in it and that he's had great success with them, which is wonderful to hear for him but for me, they have been the worst piece of #&^* program that I have ever tried out.

1. I sign up and get my sites configured inside of it. The configuration was way too hard and their "easy word press plugin" doesn't work as they intended it to work. You still have to configure inside of the site.

2. Their customer service stinks. I emailed them back on Oct 3 originally and twice yesterday and still haven't heard anything back.

3. I signed up for a month's access yesterday and now today I can't even login!!! I double checked my UN/PW and I am logging in with the right credentials and I cannot get access to the site.

4. So I tried to create yet another ticket with them and upon submitting the ticket and entering the CAPTCHA, the thing says "invalid code entered" when I entered it several times correctly. I reloaded the page and got a new CAPTCHA and it still said "invalid code".

5. Another guy PMs me and says he's having problems with all of Jonathan Leger's products right now and he called them a "scam".

At this point I just want my money back. I don't see any value in a product that is hard to set up and has ZERO customer service. I only spent $7 for the month, but it's the principal of the issue. I want my money back and I can't get ahold of customer support and Jonathan Leger doesn't answer support emails. Anyone know how to get my money back?

Dispute with cc/paypal. Back out now, you've done your diligence and the merchant is uncooperative and product you purchased in good faith is NOT functioning. Period.

If you paid through Paypal put in a claim and in a few days it will be resolved - especially if at Paypal they can't get hold of the guy either!

I think I know the WSO you are talking about, does it involve Amazon? Anyway I also took a look at this 3 way links and peoples opinions from what I can tell seem divided, slightly leaning more to the negative side I think. It seems to work for some and not for others. From what I have read, including what you have said it seems confusing setting things up from the start. I only had a mild interest in this 3 way links and wasn't looking at it too seriously and for what it's worth I don't think I would go with it at the moment.

So much for not naming names. Ask for a refund. Send him a pm from here. Put in a request through paypal. You are within the window, then the onus is on him to repond to your complaint.
