What's perevod.yandex.net?

I'm getting visits to some of my sites from this domain and I'm unsure If I should put this on my Adsense allowed sites list...

It seems to be a Russian site that translates webpages for you, but I'm not sure if its safe to do? Anyone else have traffic from this?

      How can you check to see what bots have been crawling your site? I love the link and just want to make sure I'm not getting hosed, otherwise might have to link them to the Hof.

    Hey there, I'm Russian and I frequently surf the Russian web.
    Yandex is the largest local Russian search engine and second to only Google in Russia. (Third place is taken by a search engine called Rambler).

    In short, 'perevod' = 'перевод' means 'translate', as your site is being visited from people in Russia who are parsing text through Yandex's translation engine so they can read it in Russian via an iframe.

    This is good for your site.
