    I would not use a plugin for this, you simply need to use a robot text file. Google webmaster tools has a tool to generate on of these.
    If you want to simply have the hole blog not be indexed in google then there is a wordpress option in I believe the admin section to do this that will generate a noindex robot text file and no follow every link in the blog automatically for you.

    Also when posting pages in wordpress on the right hand side of the post/page edit screen it gives you an option in the visability section to make the post/page "private" or even "password protected".
    password protected posts/pages will definitely not get indexed in google/yahoo, not sure about "private" pages if someone links to the page Google will still index them I believe.

    Lets say you had a page called "warrior" that you don't want indexed, and the location of this site is "http://yoursite.com/warrior.php"

    In your robots.txt file:

    Disallow: /warrior.php

    If you had an entire folder full of things you didn't want indexed, and lets say the folder was called "warrior," it would look like this:

    Disallow: /warrior/

    If you don't already have a robots.txt file, they're really simple to create. Just put at the top of a .txt file:

    User-Agent: *

    and then list all of the pages, files and folders you don't want indexed with the "disallow" rule like I showed you above.

    I'm not sure if this is how it works with wordpress, but it's how it works with practically all websites with a file manager.
