Hello everybody

Can I put adsense on my 404's ?

I know ... displaying ad on 404 page may lead to a breach of TOS,
"No Google ad may be placed on any non-content-based pages".

BUT my 404 pages are full of content (text and images)

So ? :p

You can actually put adsense on what are basically non-content pages.
Nothing wrong with that--login pages, about pages, contact pages, etc.
    Perfectly okay.

The noncontent rule means you cannot have a page set up as
something like domain.com/other-keyword-resources and have nothing
    but adsense on it.

Adsense for domains have no content, but are under different TOS.

Getting back to the question, (my opinion), I would guess that because the
page forwards a user, that would break the rules. You can't zap
a user to an adsense page.

Having custom error pages is good practice. You want visitors to have
a soft landing. Exactly like you have it!

Different than a 301. It does forward, but is a different animal. Although
I suppose one could argue it's the same as others.
A 301 takes the person to THE page they are seeking, just in a different spot.

But my 404 has direct links to other pages.
    The visitor has many options
