Does it have any relevance to have backlinks from a no follow websites but there page rank are high say PR7 and up?

    No follow links have also backlinks but not enough to raise your google rankings in the search engines, On the other hand do follow links has enough or more than to gain quality backlinks for your site.

    First of all no follow only applies to Google. all other search engines ignore it.

    A no follow link is simply supposed to not pass link juice however they are always a part of a natural looking backlinking strategy.
