help! my site is nowhere to be found!
- SEO |
My site (a month old, about 30-40 unique visits a day) was in the first page of Google's SERPs over a week ago.
About that same time, I had an article go live at Eza, bearing a link on my resource box pointing to my website, using my site's main keyword phrase as anchor text. The article landed at No. 5 in Google's SERPs, with my site at No. 7.
Yesterday, I had another article at Eza hit No. 5, pushing my previous article one notch down to No. 6. Meanwhile, the site was still at No 7.
A few hours ago, I checked and my website is nowhere to be found! Not even in the first 1oo pages!
What happened to my site? Anyone care to please enlighten me on this?
I thought that an article which is live at Eza and appearing on Google's first page of search results would help my website which is at the end of a link coming from that article. Even if this isn't totally true, I cannot for the life of me entertain the thought that the articles are the main culprits for the disappearance of my site.
I would really appreciate any opinion on this, as well as any advice , recommendation you could throw my way so I would be able to do something to bring back my site to where it was days ago.
