If possible help to provide an example of such site.
And why it is bad for SEO ranking?

    and they're bad for seo because you're optimizing for the search engine not the user in mind so google calls these "bad neighborhoods"

      I'm new to this link farm, can you elaborate more about this how this method works, the capabilities and limitations of this technique. hope anyone can explain this much more.

    there is any special techniques involve, it is just about site owners that have multiple links on their sites pointing to many other sites. There is no benefit for the user and all the purpose is to try to confuse Google.
