That was an interesting article. People freak out too fast when there site moves around in the SERPS.

I agree and the worse thing you can do is submit a reinclusion request if your site is not aplu perfect because you are alloeing a himan employee at Google to physically look at your site possibly opening a can of worms.

A few weeks ago, I checked my site at 8.00am (mid week UK time) and it had disappeared, I was horrified, I screamed in a panic to my other half who was still asleep. By the time she came down 30 mins later it was back at the bottom of the first page.
