Any Tools Like Linkvana or BMR that allow adult niches? Help!

When I was mass submitting articles to EZA a while back, I was doing quite well in PE market, but my site was having trouble ranking. I checked back recently and found I'm on the frirst page for two ultra-competitive terms AND page 2 for another. But I'm low on the page and want to boost that. Here's the problem: The strongest SEO tools I've had personal experience with, Linkvana & Build My Rank, won't accept adult sites. Is there any tool you guys can think of that performs similarly, as in posts small blocks of unique content to aged domains, and will allow me to promote my penis enlargement site?
I'm getting tired of the discrimination and YES while the niche is taboo, it's no different or worse than all of these people pedaling ebooks they've never tried and it doesn't degrade the quality of the site just because the word "penis" is present.
Anywho, if anyone knows of some powerful SEO tools that would allow me to work on this project I would REALLY appreciate knowing.
