Searching for Backlink and Article Distribution Services

Hi,

I'm interested in outsourcing backlinks and article distribution. I've been searching online, and the amount of options has my head spinning. I don't know how to tell if a service is reliable or not. Can anyone recommend reliable services for backlinks and article distribution?

I'm not concerned with price right now, I just want to know where to look.

    I really would not depend upon a service to create articles and distribute them for me. However I do use a service where I create one article and it will go on about 30+ blogs with in my given niche. I have full control over everything which makes it that much more powerful. Even better you do not have to rely on creating a resource box. You can link directly to the keywords you choose in any location in the article. So if you want it in the first sentence then you can put it in the first sentence. However you are only allowed 2 links with in the article for your keywords. If you want more you have to use the full url path but there is no need for more then 2 for any given article that is going on many different blogs.     I did not use their UAW submission service as I do have my own account but I did get some uaw article sets form them and they where really good.
