Hi all, I am still in my first year of internet marketing so I know I still have lots to learn. I work full time at my regular job, and do not out-source any of my work. Recently I created a new site where I had multiple (100) posts of low searched, low competition keywords. I figured I could rank quite easily, but have not been at all. Only about 20 of my posts are indexed, and I am getting beat by people with worse on-page SEO than I am. I believe the issue is due to backlinks to my site, so I wanted to ask a couple of questions: 1 - If I wrote more articles on my blog and had links to my other posts within the article, would this internal linking help me in the SERPs? 2 - If I blog commented/wrote articles on other sites and pointed to my main domain only, would my sub-posts also see a rank increase (in other words would backlinks to my main site help my other sites)?
