No Luck with SEO :( Need advice

I need help from you guys,

my site is ranking for the keyword stainless steel worktables . It is a PR2 site with around 250 BL in Marketsamurai last time it worked. For an exact match im on position #2 and #3 but broad search i am nowhere to be seen This is also shwon in my adsense statistics, where i get 1 to 2 impressions per day if im lucky.. havent got a single click in the last 3 months

I am using SEnuke, Scrapebox, BIE and Sick Submitter to build backlinks. What am i doing wrong guys? Is this keyword just a waist of time? really need your help

    There's no such thing as bad luck in SEO but maybe in lack of efforts and quality time to spend with optimizing the sites well.

    How long have you been using those softwares...?

    Maybe you just need more time for Google to update the ranking of your website. As Peter Drew puts it, you have to trust the SEO you are doing. If you have made the necessary steps to make your site's link generation seem natural and ethical, you are on the right track.

    I'm from the UK and I have you on the 1st page for broad search. Though only 2400 searches per month per kw tool.

    im pretty new with the tools since i have done most of the backlinks by hand but due to university starting again i tried to optimize it

    the_icon: in germany the pages are also on rank #1 but if you put in the adress &gl=US the results are way different

    I think you have done things correctly. Just continue to add content to the site. Search engines change their algorithm from time to time and you may soon see your site ranking well.

      Hi Th4R4t,

      First let me say there is no such thing as an "exact match" search, nor a "broad search". I think you are confusing terms that apply to AdWords campaigns not Google search. I assume you really meant to say Phrase search, correct?

      Google ranks pages based on relevancy, not backlink count. It's not the tools that you are using that make the difference, it's what you use them to do that matters. We can only make wild guesses without seeing your website. Can you provide a URL?

      P.S. Okay, I see a link in your signature that looks to be the site you are discussing. I will take a quick look and let you know what I see.

      P.P.S. I took a quick look at your website. You are using duplicate page titles on most of your pages. Write unique and useful page tiles for each page. Most of your indexed backlinks come from the same website. Get more backlinks from a diverse group of related web pages. You have a content site going up against eCommerce websites that invest heavily in promoting their website. You need to diversify your content. Create many more pages of content targeting longtail keywords that include your main targeted keyword within the phrase. Once you get those less uncompetitive pages ranking it will help your pages move up the ranks for your primary keyword.

    I see you at No.2 on google.com. However, the term [stainless steel worktables] only gets 210 global monthly searches in google and there are shopping results + 3 adwards ads even before you get to No.1 organic.

    You are not going to get many clicks. The 1 -2 impressions you get sound about right.

    Also, you have monetised it all wrong, Adsense isn't going to cut it in this niche.

    From my point of view you have 2 options:

    Option 1: Forget about it and move on.

    Option 2: Turn it into a affiliate e Commerce type site. Do your keyword research and find stainless steel worktables product names e.g. Aero 3TS-3072 Delux Stainless Steel Worktable 30in x 72in. Get a list of about 50 keywords that have good search volume.

    Join Commission Junction or Amazon, type in the product names and see if you can get an affiliate link.

    Make a list of as many stainless steel worktables you can promote, write up some unique content about each table with affiliate links, around 200 - 300 words should be enough.

    If you don't like writing outsource it. 99centarticles.com are pretty good, 50 x 250 word Articles with Warrior forum discount is going to cost you $120.25 (Check WSO for discount)

    Then post each product page to Google shopping results this should help you start making sales within weeks and also use Sick and other backlinking tools you have to create backlinks to each product page to help you rank for product names in organic search too.

      This is the only thing that make sense to me. Theres no reason to do anything else for such low traffic. I hate to see this. Another newbie that was persuaded to get all the push button backlinkig tools who wouldn't have needed half of them if proper keyword research had been taught to him first.
