What happened to the Bing Keyword Tool

I have the Bing Keyword tool plugin for my Excel. I never really used it. I thought I'd try it out but it doesn't seem to be working. Did they disable the service? Any thoughts? I tried browsing around for an alternate to the Google kwt but I'd like to test it against some keywords. It seems there is a discrepancy between what google kwt returns and the actual traffic results. Any feedback?

    I am using the same and want to say you that this tool has been made to make money and grow your business to a level never before thought possible. The more thing is that I ignore the product feature.
