Outsourcing seo?

Hello,

I'm new to IM and these forums have inspired me to purchase some domains and web hosting. I've been at it about a week and have some articles up and have one of my sites to page 3 for it's main search term.

The first page of google for my keyword all have under 100 backlinks. I was wondering if outsourcing my linkbuilding and SEO altogether would be a good idea. If so, where is a good place to begin outsourcing on a limited budget?

Outsourcing is a good idea, that is what everyone does. You need to concentrate on other things. That is how a good website grows!
