Hi guys,
Just wanted to ask some of you guys what you think is the biggest and fastest way to make money is it though Adsense or CPA ?

I`m into Adsense i started with it and it pays me about $800 a month now i know this is small time to most of you guys but its still nice to get the deposit every month.

Anyway i have to say i keep looking at CPA there are just so many ways to make money with it so many cool marketing tips, tools and tricks you can use and no Google to worry about closing your account.

That is starting to be my major concern i put sooooo much time into adsense and the truth is tomorrow it `could` just get shut down, now i know its unlikely if i play be the rules which i do but i just a worry all the effort and money that i invest in adsense `could` be just taken away and in someways this is mentally holding me back from really making a full time income from adsense because its in the back of my mind all the time.

Now i dont really jump ship from one IM method to another quickly yes i`m always playing with different WSO ect ect who doesnt ? its great fun but i have stuck to adsense and my bodybuilding supplement sites since i started IM BUT...... CPA is looking really interesting really interesting i`ve bought a few WSO from a guy on WF `Imran` i think is his name really cool guy who is heavy into CPA and has some really simply ideas to drive traffic to offers without spending hours and $$ on SEO.

So what do you guys think ? What is the fastest and biggest and maybe safest way to make a income Adsense or CPA ??

Cheers Jim

I would say CPA, because you get a good revenue from each sale you make. However, you need some startup costs and experience with CPA, for adwords campaigns etc.

Adsense is really easy to start with and requires no additional costs, except for promoting/seo-ing. But this can be done for free as well. However, adsense earnings are really low compared to what you get with CPA offers. You need a lot of traffic and high paying keywords in order to make some good money from adsense. I would recommend both if you already have a website with traffic.

I think of the two Adsense is a better moneymaker because it requires less from the website visitor. Clicking an ad is a lot less work than giving up email information or paying shipping and handling for a "free trial."

Of course, there are various situations where CPA may be the better monetization method, but for minisites or niche sites, I'd go with ads.

Yes these offers convert very well and are easy to setup.
For example, you could sent emails to ebay buyers that are looking for, or bidding on iphones, and sent them an email saying something like:
"Hey, I saw that you were bidding on the iPhone 3GS, I just won one here:
[CPA zip offer link] you might want to try it as well!

Running CPA offers with PPV traffic (TrafficVance etc.) is a definite winner.

Do a search on the CPA part of this forum for some decent information.

        Good luck!

          PPV is pay per view?
What exactly do you mean with this method? I'm getting curious

Hey Frank. Yes, PPV is pay per view.

You basically bid on PPV traffic based on your choice of keywords and URLS. Under certain trigger conditions your ad is then shown in the browser of an end user who has that network's toolbar installed.

This works great for zip sumbits or any offer which doesn't require an immediate purchase.

Hmm ok, thanks for explaining. Sounds interesting, did you got some good results from this method?

So basically the users have to watch something, (PPV) and they get cuirous and decide to try it with zip/code offer?

PPV is not the correct term, it is cpv and it rocks. We make a packet daily and have a coaching site showing newbies hows to be successful.

$800 is not exactly small time. That's about ten grand a year.

I think in your case it would be faster to double that than any CPA.

If your efforts have taken you to $800, a little more of what you are doing
would easily go to $1,000. Then the sky's the limit.

    No reason to start over.

Unless you mean starting new things, but keeping that intact. For me,
amazon works pretty good, and there are no silly rules that CB and others
    have.

    Thanks Paul,
Of course i would keep my adsense sites growing its just i worry and have a mental block on really pushing with adsense and making it my number 1 income its just so out of your hands if google for what ever reason shuts my account bang all my work gone.

Yes of course i`ve never heard of anyone getting their account shut who plays 100% by googles rules but it `could` happen and so for that reason and that reason alone if am seriously thinking of making CPA my method of choice and start putting all my effort into that.

I know its crazy to get halfway to my adsense goal and move on but i am thinking i dont want google to have this hold over me and with CPA theres no such worry.

    Just my thoughts

    Hi,

This is a concept I have been wondering about for a while. I started simply split testing CAP/affiliate creatives in the place of some of my adsense units. The couple of tests I did, I did not see the returns from this that my adsense units were getting, but I suspect it is the sort of thing that you might go through a fair few misses before finding the right offer for your traffic that may hopefully exceed adsense.

I fully understand wanting to diversify income sources, but the way I see it is you (hopefully) always have your sites and traffic. It is then just a matter of experimentation to test other sources of monetizing your traffic if anything was to happen.

I would be interested in hearing anyone else's experience with finding better ways to monetize the traffic from organic sites that have traffic thorough seo that may have beat adsense.

Adsense is a double edged sword. It is low on my focus list but I still make several thousand a month from it. But I absolutely cannot stand google's ridiculous policies and total disregard for their customers. Ask any long term IM'er and they will tell you how at some point they got shut down by google for no apparent reason and the great lengths they had to go to get started up again. The only good thing is that this has enabled me through trial and error to master the process for getting new adsense accounts.

If you have to start with something, start with adsense. If you are experienced, then diversify into cpa. If you are smart and experienced, start promoting products.

No offense, Wayfatwhitey, but I would disagree wholeheartedly with that.

CPA is works much better for me. Adsense generates only 1/4 of my revenue for me. However, it does takes a little time for you to experience with different CPA and see what works the best for your site.
