Subdomain shortcuts with adsense

Hello everyone,

So I have recently gotten away from my incentive CPA days and decided to move into adsense.
My question is simple, is it all the same if i used sub-domains instead of buying new domains.
What I mean is instead of buying mykeyword.com would mykeyword.mygenericsite.com work just as well.

See a while ago I bought a very generic .net domain, and am wondering if it would be just as effective to seo my sub-domains and save myself some startup costs with buying domains.

Each sub-domain would a completely new niche, and thats the beauty of my domain i bought before, it would work with any niche, its basically a company title.

I personally can't see how this wouldn't work, unless google treats subdomain sites different, and my little research hasn't shown that yet.

-Thanks

Hmm I think creating new domains is better. But it might work to seo your subdomains if you create different FTP accounts for them with unique content. It's absolutely possible to rank for keywords with subdomains, but I think it would be easier if you have a keyword matching domain name.

Yes, it works but you will need to promote each subdomain as google sees them as separate sites.

Advantage is the ability to exactly target your keyword in a subdomain.

Yea the idea is to get more for my money. The actual domain will not have any content, only each subdomain, I plan on using fresh wordpress installs for each subdomain and each subdomain will rank for a keyword

I guess what I really want to know is if it will require more work then regular domain to get them to rank well, it seems that, no it will not require more work for the same rankings? Am I right?

I am in the middle of testing sub domains out.
I have a site Free Money Making Website with Exact Match Domain Name

and have added, so far, 3 subdomains in different niches.
The beauty of it being I can have exact mathch domains (so to speak)

For example the url would be

    MyKeywordPhrase.com-click-now-for.info

It has only been a week. I am not ranking yet for any of them but they are all indexed.

I will keep you posted on the progress to see if it is a viable method of using exact match domain names this way. If it works I intend to give away subdomains to whoever wants them to publish articles with their links in them. Basically an exact match domain article directory.
