Just did a little testing on a couple themes. Flexibility3 loads almost twice as fast as FlexSqueeze theme. Thesis theme is about the same speed as Flexibility ~2.5 seconds. I also checked an Xfactor site and found it loaded in about .8 seconds.

    The Firefox extension Firebug does a better job of breaking your load time down (it also has tons of other features for reverse engineering sites).
