How To Get My Website (url inside) To #1 Position For This Keyword. Need Some Planns & Ideas

Ok here it is.

I'm a bit new to SEO and want to rank my own domain for an easy keyword to #1 spot in Google.

I'm targeting:how to jump higher to dunk

It has little searches but I also think the competiton is not hard.

My website is a small wordpress sniper site.

I know it'd be better if I had something else than .info but that's what I got and have to work with it.

Currently I'm barely on the first page.

This is the work I've done.

Social bookmarked all the pages several times.
Submitted the RSS to about 20+ sites.
Submitted the video to about 20 sites.
Did web 2.0 posts and randomly interlinked them. Probably made about 200+ of them (not all linking to my home domain, did deep linking as well)

I guess I could do some blog commenting, but how much?
I could do some Press releases, how many?
Could check on competition and get the link they have...

Ok I want to get this one higher by off page SEO only and would be very grateful is somebody took a look at it and told me how much of each work more should I do.
Have a bit of a problem determining that.

Really, just give me some ideas to work with here please.

    I show you on page two right now but i have a site that moves back and forth too so I get it. I keep adding content. I think that is what you need to do. You have six articles? I think your only hope of not hitting the sandbox is to add content every day for 30 days. Now I don't have any proof to back that up but I've never had a sight go into the sandbox that I updated on a regular bases. Only tiny little sites I didn't put any effort into.

    Why do have still have uncategorized category on there? i wouldn't do that. Make your other category the default (settings then writing I think) and delete that category after moving those articles.

    Based on the experts I've read, that .info didn't hurt you but it didn't help you either.

    I would make the the front page show excerpts only then single page for each post. Go into your them and add content to the home page using your keywords. That SEEMED to give me a boost to push a site onto the first page to make it stay there.

    I think time and more content is the biggest thing.

    OK I will add some content.

    I cannot use H1 tags because it is too big and the text is not visible.
