Advice on PPC

I am helping a friend of mine who is a satellite tv dealer - he has a site and wants to drive traffic to it. Organic search is very competitive - so we are looking at PPC - keyword reseacrh and ppc networks to use - and how to get sarted so we don't waste too much time and money - thanks

    there are a lot of good videos on youtube about this. Search Adwords and PPC strategies
    But there is a good chance that some money will be wasted while learning the curves.

    There are a lot of good ppc resources out there, sadly the best of them are paid.

    Like the above post it's very likely you will waste a lot of money while learning the ropes, but the rewards can be very high.

    The best tip I can give you is to find local keywords. These keywords are typically less competitive and the ppc price lower.

    "satellite tv dealer new york"

    Also you could do some Forum Marketing, there is probably a lot of satellite tv forums around. Just remember to establish a rep before starting to advertise.

    Try delving into free methods, while you do that you could start learning PPC.

    Well first i would REALLY really wouldnt recommend PPC for the Long term . try instead to use advertise of facebook and go to forums and advertise there
    While meantime doing SEO
