RankTracker Vs. Market Samurai - Showing Completely Different Results

Hey guys,
Looking for a quick answer here. In Market Samurai, I am "indexed but not in the top 1000" in google for 6 or so keywords, and in the 35-300 range on Yahoo and Bing.
But in RankTracker, I am sub 100 on all keywords in google, and not showing results for Yahoo and Bing.
Is there weird or normal? Can I get someones help on giving it a go on a different machine?
