I have to revive a few existing accounts, I know more about creating accounts from scratch....

These accounts weren't started properly (One Ad, 700 keywords etc)..

    it may be better to start them from scratch again then, or break down those keys into smaller dedicated ad groups then tag on some new ads to those groups.
