Hi Everyone:
I have been doing internet marketing for several years now and would like to start setting up some Google Adsense sites. I would like to hear from any of you who have been doing this for a while and can recommend the best way to do this. Is there some good quality software one can use to do this? Any info will be most helpful. I look forward to hearing from you all.

I hope you like to write and I hope you like doing keyword research. You need a lot of content and you need to optimize your content for high paying keywords (with as little competition as possible). There's no software to do this for you, but I recommend just working with Wordpress so it's as simple as:

    1. Purchase hosting account
    2. Purchase domain name(s)
    3. Transfer DNS
    4. Install WordPress
    5. Setup WordPress and configure to your liking
    6. Add content
    7. Add Adsense
    8. SEO

Making an Adsense site isn't much different to any other website - that has search engines as main traffic source.

You need to focus on subjects that will have high paying advertisers. These are often service based niches or niches which contain a lot of high end products. You can get a very rough idea of what advertisers are paying to advertise on a keyword by using the Google Keyword Tool and looking at the Average CPC. This value is what the advertisers bid on the keyword on the search network. Adsense is the Content Network so the amounts are usually cheaper.

I like to use OfferVault.com to research different CPA offers to find good Adsense niches. If a niche has a lot of CPA offers available then it means the advertisers are willing to spend money to get leads. There will also be other marketers using Adwords to get these leads. You have 2 tiers of marketers chasing your clicks. If you have good advertisers then your ads will nearly always be on target. This is one of the keys to a good click through rate.

You should use a nice clean theme with minimum distraction. The focus should be purely on the content and the embedded ads. There is no special theme either - most simpler themes will work well if you find the right positioning for you niche.

Once you realise that Adsense is just another way to monetise traffic you will have a lot of success, especially if you have been doing internet marketing for a few years.

You should also consider whether you want to build a few large authority sites or many small niches sites. Different approaches depending on what you want.
