Hello,

So I just started using this again and for some reason, it's not producing any parameters after doing a 'google search' ...the toolbar works fine, so if i click on a page the information will show up.

i'm just not able to see anything for general search results....??

i've tried clicking and unclicking everything, re-installing a few times..., but no change!!?? it's totally driving me crazy!!??

Anyone had this happen or no what might be going on??

Thanks so much!!

I had the same problem. I finally worked around it by clicking Settings in the upper right, then Search Settings, then selecting the option Do not use Google Instant, and clicking Save at the bottom.

While Google Instant was turned on, I never did figure out how to get SEOQuake to work consistently, although it would work sometimes.

Good point. I actually tried that as well and unfortunately still no success...

I feel better knowing someone has gone through this though )

And perhaps there is some other setting that's throwing it off---

      Thanks for that suggestion though!

I test software for a living, so I have to make sure it's not a matter of overlooking the obvious, because so often in my line of work, it is... if you right-click on the icon in the status bar, there's a checkmark by the Google option, right?

Hmm. Now I'm in a state too where it's flat out not working, no matter what I do. Earlier this evening I got prompted with a "are you human?" captcha while I was doing some other searches with seoquake off, so I wonder if it's related to that. Like, I wonder if google cuts you off temporarily if you run too many searches in too short a period of time.

I can't do anything in Traffic Travis either.

Mine isn't working either, I figure it may have something to do with the preview feature that now shows up on the search listings.

i have the same problem. I am sure it has something to do with the new preview feature that google has started. Whenever there are some changes in google, the guys at seoquake do a new update to get it working again. So I am hoping they will fix it soon enough.

Haven't made any setting change (in google ) and its working fine here. In Seoquake settings I only query Google for the pagerank. Since I did that I have had no timeouts or captcha requests.

Thanks for starting this thread Lancelot, I'm having a problem with this too. I've tried setting Google Instant to go off but already did that and still nothing.

I have noticed something new with Google where they're showing a picture preview of the website when hovering the mouse pointer over a link, this may be interfering with the SEOQuake parameters...

If someone finds a solution to this please post it here!!

Well it happens sometimes on my pc as well. What I do is to Clear my Recent History (Cache) of Firefox and Clearing Cache of SEOQuake and my issue resolved.

Try this one and I hope it will be helpful for you.

    Thanks Mike.

If anyone else is having trouble with this go to SeoQuake - seo toolbar, plugin, seo extension for Mozilla Firefox and download the latest version of SEOQuake, restart Firefox and you'll be good to go.

Amazingly simple fix, thanks for starting and adding to this thread. I was temporarily lost without the app, although I could still check individual sites and pages.

Who has the time for that?!

I faced the same problem,it's driving me crazy. However I found out that the reason is I didn't update my firefox brower to the latest version.
After upgrading and disable google instant and select "google" inside seo quake preference,it worked for me smoothly.
