I am waiting google adsense to approve my acount for 3 weeks.Which are your experience with google adsense sorry about my bad english.

  That seems like a long time to me.
  You might want to consider re-applying.
  I got accepted in about 2 days.
  
  You might want to take a look at the criteria and try to make your application more in line with it to speed up the process.

I know for me i got accepted in about 2 hours so i guess it all varies.

The approval time varies from person to person might be because of the number of applicants varying.
I was approved after 7 weeks.

it takes a week to approve your adsense. if you are not accepted yet then apply for reconsideration. you got mail if your adesese request is rejected

3 weeks? I think it shouldn't take more than 10 days at most. But it doesn't take one year too . Don't be disappointed.

The maximum is 5 to 10 days. I would advice you to re-apply. They are very fast these days.
