"Partial Credit" for Anchor Text?

If I get a lot of links with the anchor text, "How to Sell tickets online," will I get credit for those if someone searches Google for "Sell tickets online"? Or is anchor text "all or nothing"?

      Possibly, but if you're targeting both just vary the anchor text. I'd probably do that anyway.
