Just can't get the SEO tool to work - Help please

Hi everyone, I downloaded the tools from SEOBook onto my new laptop and while I can get the toolbar to work I can't get the information to show underneath each Google entry. Once in a while the info shows up but with '?' marks instead of a value. I checked everything, the tool is set to 'on' but I just can't figure out what I'm missing.

Can anyone help?

Okay, I got the tool to work but it's inconsistent and I'm wondering if it's working properly. Some keyword return results that show only '?' in all of the categories. The keywords have quite a few searches each month so it's surprising that it would return even a page rank, site age or any link data. Has anyone else experienced this?
