Paid Directory Listing worth it?

I just got offered to buy advertising with my business in an online directoy listing with PR 4.0 and #1 Hitwise score in Australia for the Building and Construction industry.

Will this substantially change my SEO? I doubt it's actually going to provide me with any direct work, but indirectly the bump in my SEO may be worth the $169 annual fee.

Any suggestions?

    If the Building and Construction industry is high competitive in Australia and the subject your website is this and this directory is #1 for this keyword, yes it worths. Because in this case you get a relevant backlink from a quality website and it can help you.
