Trouble With QS and LP not indexing in Google

I am working on a client site and we set up a new landing page 3 weeks ago, specific to a keyword. I go to the google keyword tool to see what the page is showing for keywords, because the actual site shows for custom crm and this is a different keyword.
The past couple of weeks it has only showed no keywords. How can I fix this? His account has a 3/10 and the page is OPTIMIZED, the ad is great, though there are few keywords. It started at 6 but when we put in the destination URL for the keyword it went down to 3/10.
