Software To Check Link Reports

Is there a software out there that I can enter a big list of URLs and a URL to search for then it will go to each URL to see if that URL exists?

This would be handy for validating my links reports before i build backlinks to my backlinks.

I know it wouldn't be too difficult to make this software myself but I am hoping something already exists and I dont have to.

Anyone know?

These tools test is a website exists.

What I want is a software that lets me do this:

1. Enter my URL of my website
2. Enter a list of websites that should be linking to my site
3. Software goes to each URL and checks if a link to my website exists
4. Outputs a report

I have this software but have never really used it. I just had a look to see if I could work it out how to do this but I couldn't figure it out. Could you give me a push in the right direction please?
