I know that you need to create a motive for people to click an ad. But what are your thoughts/ideas to get searches to click your ppc ad?

Well, sometimes it's just things that catch the eye. For example if you use numbers or parantheses in your headlines it can catch the eye easier then your regular eyes.

Also If you use question based headlines (for example "Want to Make Money?") they tend to have a better response as well, compared to non-question based headlines.

In part because of the fact that you're asking a question and also because of the fact that you're using a "?" mark symbol which catches the eye...

Thanks for the tips. Yeah, I think asking a question in an ad will increase CTR. Also putting the keyword in the ad will also increase CTR in most cases. I will try putting an odd number in the ad.

You said it yourself in your first sentence: give the reader a motive to click. If you don't have a good one, people will click much less often.

It's true, we have to give the reader a motive to click. As marketers we have to speak the searcher's language not ours. PPC can be a little tricky. We have to match the ppc ad with the landing page. I think congruency is very important. The only way to find out the best ad is to study not only CTR, but also conversions resulting from different ads.
