What Can You Do To Create More Quality Backlinks?

Hey crew,

I´m curious about which strategies
you implemented most successfully
when it comes to generating continues
high quality backlinks to your site?

Have been doing Article Marketing,
Hub Pages, FB, Twitter, Tribes, Pings,
Syndication and more..

Saw some great results in this week
alone, but I´m very convinced that
there are for sure more ways to
increase the speed.

What kind of strategies have you been
using? What were the results?

    I have always done article marketing targeting long-tailed keywords. I also comment on other author's articles on EZA - it's a good way of getting backlinks.

    Same here, long-tailed keyword targetting via article marketing. I've had pretty good results with it. I think keyword choice is vital, targetting lesser competitive keywords and certainly longer keywords make the results better in my opinion

      The last idea he mentions for getting backlinks is something not many people do, but makes perfect sense if you think about sites like Youtube and the viral aspect.

    if speed of backlinking is what you're after check out some of the automatic submissions tools, like senuke, seolinkrobot, or magic submitter.

      I put all of the links to my backlinks in a big ole RSS Feed and blast it out to directories. You know... to help backlink my backlinks so I get my backlinks faster?!?!!!

      - Search Google Groups & make contributions (these get indexed fast)
      - Squido Lens Guestbook Commenting
      - Blog Commenting (again using Google search (like finding Google Groups))
      - Articles
      - Yahoo! & AOL Answers
      - Secret URL dropping (like this ----><---- LOL!)

    Did you say Hubpages? I thought they were No-Follow till some score. I thought achieving that score was tough.

    Participate in some forums.
    Youtube posting.
    Press Releases.
