and also viagra with no prescription

I see some colleges(yale) , Pizza places, and sfi.org. How on earth would they rank for Viagra?

This proves Google is human edited.

(BTW: I don't need viagra, just backlinks to get my site up )

Exactly. It is pretty common for pages on edu sites to get hacked or individual pages taken over for purposes of ranking for pharma keywords.

In fact, it is about as clear cut example of how Google's results aren't human edited.

I could not make much out of it.

    (1) If I see no URL redirection or anything, why is the Google search page view be different from Google cache view? If you go to the Google cached page you shall not find the same things!

    (2) @OP - How does this prove Google is human edited? Or do you mean, Google made a joke of it and inserted some results that the humans there thought to be the right ones? I have doubts, but I don't know how to explain the alternative either. Well, a backlink profile analysis could have solved it - but don't want to take that direction. Please let know whether you have already done some backlink profiling.

I ran everything thru my homebrew tools. The drexel library (and the other "oddball" sites) have 1000s of edu legit backlinks. The cache matches up. I don't know.

I figured since the sites don't even mention that keyword maybe Google put them there as filler to replace some spam sites? Unless there is something more than meets the eye.

These sites obviously have no relevance to the keywords they rank for.

Strange - from India I find a different title as shown on Google search result page versus Google cache - at least - and for some pages, not all. Are we seeing different things from different geographies here?

It's interesting that a lot of .edu sites come up, including Yale, for this search term. Makes you wonder what's going on being those web pages lol... interesting search results.

The site in second position is hacking a ton of old WordPress installs.

I see the sixth result at Dance - Media Arts & Design Research Guides and the SERPS are showing "cheap viagra" in the title, but if you go to the site it's actually "Dance".

It's usually just guestbooks that gets hacked or exploited.

The interesting thing is of course that domain age/authority trumps relevant links in this case.
