I've done backlinking (profiles, blogs)-pings-RSS Feeds-Bookmarking.

Last time I checked: 1 site was in position 10, 1 site was in position 34, and 1 site in position 149.

I can't seem to get the last 2 sites out of there current positions (34th and 149).

between them all I getting only about 5 to 10 visits a day.

....What do I do???

Keep building backlinks. Eventually your sites will move up further.

Why are those the only backlinks you're going for? Google weighs in-content/in-context links with higher weight. That means: guest blogging, article marketing, getting your in-content links in various places.

This is exactly why I put so much weight in article marketing, since the articles with my distribution methods wind up on a bunch of different directories and blogs alike.

Bookmarking has become slowly irrelevant, besides getting bookmarks just for variety's sake and for indexation purposes, I wouldn't put a lot of time nor hope in that method.

Same with RSS directories: not for links, but rather for indexation.

Forum profiles and blog commenting will work - but even then, their "weight" is not in the prime real estate of SEO (unless you're hammering out a ton of links with software or services...).

Apart from all that, I think you need to re-think your approach to backlinking and aim at what gives you more of the sort of links that the SE's will regularly reward with an upward climb in the SERPs.

The other question is: how fast have you built these links? What quantity? What's your on-page SEO looking like? And: what terms are you targeting in terms of competition?

Are you out-doing your competitors in these keywords?

Best of luck, but I think you should really invest in on-page SEO, keyword research and better backlinking methods (shooting in the dark here, since your post only implied certain things that I'm basing this answer on).

Don't just count on Google for your sales....you will be shooting yourself in the foot not seeking out other avenues of traffic.
Go out and promote. Use Facebook, Twitter, forums, etc.. and become a "part" of your niche(s). Not just a pusher of it.
