How to Train Outsourcer for Link Building

I am looking for the best blueprint / plan / product for training an out sourcer to do link building. It doesn't have to be specifically designed as a training program - a good plan is good enough.

I have read tons of ways to build links, but someone has had to organize all of this until something very easy for out sourcers to use.

Any recommendations?

If your going to train someone, it's best to have the instructions layed out on how you want them to do it in point form

    (very simple) i.e:-
    1) goto site
    2) Register Account
    3) Add in links to page
    4) Ping site

And then, make sure that they have a check list of sites to make links on for every "set" of links you are working on.

When outsourcing systems are the key - when you have a checklist, and instruction list, you can ask them why it wasn't followed, follow this etc. It will make life alot easier.

Oh and another tip - always make sure you have at least 4-5 days of work to do ahead of schedul, sometimes they seem to speed up alot (like when they need an hour off...)

Just write it up. No big deal.

Since it is training material, it does not have to be perfect.

Prioritize the things first, what are the most important things that a learner should do first.

But I personally suggest that you should find already experienced outsource persons, you will find them from many resources like from this forum, freelancer.com, elance.com

It's funny I came across this thread.

I have actually just written a step by step how-to guide for my link builder to create high PR comments.

There is a lot of competition for finding good linkers so I think training people is a great way to go

you shouldn't have to train them because that should be their job which they do on a daily basis. They should know what they're doing. However I would recommend you create a terms and conditions so both of you know what's being done and where you stand.

This is very simple for me to answer. I make video tutorials both for my own membership site and other tutorial sites ,a good source of money if your good at this type of work, so I have an outsourcer area on my sites where they just login and can watch video's of me demonstrating exactly to them what I need them to do.

Never had ANY problems with outsourcer's using this method.

Just provide them with basic reading materials for them to take off since learning the basics of link building will eventually lead to mastering the craft through self-study.

And why train when you can get good link-builders in a reasonable price?

Here's the place where you can get decent linkbuilders, web designers and VAs.

Usually, the best way to train is to create a video. Once you have that training video, whenever you have a new VA, just send it. You'll only have to do the training video once and then use it over and over again to train your VAs. You may even try hiring someone to create the training video so you don't have to do it yourself.

I absolutely love Jing. It's free and records 5 minute screencasts on your computer. I've used it to train in both of my full-time workers in the Philippines.

(That's why I started Mininets.com to help others looking for a great training video resource site to use for THEIR employees, too)

Very few outsources will know how to build links exactly the way you want, in the manner you want and in the particular configuration you want.

Not to mention if you train then you know it is being done properly and the ethically.

    And its cheaper.

I have hired some people in the past, but 95% of the links did not stick and of those less than 1% showed up on my webmaster tools account. I have done a better job with article writing and blog commenting. They made everything look good (links on sites..etc) but that was how they made their money....it literally did nothing for me.

I think if you write something up, make sure it is super simple and to the point do A, then B, and C.....If you don't then they will just waste your money and their time. Effective link building is an art, until your site can generate links on its own.

      Best of luck.
