I tried and error many times; yet, adsense still rejecting for the same reason. I'm out of idea.

Hi, I tried to applied adsense few times and re-editing my blog many times. Yet, adsense still rejects me with following reason. I already changed what I can change and what I think may cause the rejection. Here is my blog site: tcghub.blogspot.com Can any one advise me? I posted some of my posts at hubpage as well. Does it cause adsense to reject me? Thanks. :confused:
