Keywords and Outsourcing Articles

I'm not quite burnt out on article writing, however I'm getting there fast. I was considering outsourcing my articles and creating jobs on freelancer. I gave it some thought and wondered if it was a good idea to give away my keyword. For those that have outsourced, do you give the hired writer your exact keyword, or do you have them write an article on the subject matter and fill in the keywords yourself?

I say subject and tell him the amount of keywords i want to be placed in my article and tell him to write all of that. Then i review it and change it if its needed. I think placing keywords in article should be done on writing process not after it.

I have found some great authors here in the warrrior for hire section. I give them articles titles, and keywords to use. You can't be paranoid that everyone is out to get you and steal your words. It has been my experience that writers are writers and they like to wirte. If they wanted to be in the "hottest new keyword" business, then they would be internet marketers and not writers. Besides, your knowledge of getting to page one, may not be their knowledge, likewise, your niche may not be theirs. Just because you found a great keyword, doesn't mean the next guy will know how to monetize it.
