I'm a newbie and not sure this is the right forum for this question, but has anyone had luck with pay per click strategies for selling eCourses on investing? If so, how much should I budget?

It's so subjective you have to follow a lot of proven techniques and tweak your campaign before you know exact budgets. Chances are someone else's formula is not going to work for you exactly either. Ad copy, landing page, bid prices, keywords, product quality all go into your rate of success. Best thing to do is to read up & then jump in.

Success rate in PPC advertising relates to the products or services you offer and the quality of them. For example if you offer special products or services with good quality and price, of course when some one clicks on your ads and visit your website, its very probable that he sign up for your services/products or if he doesn't use them at his first visit, he visit your website again. But advertising for low quality websites with not good services, can't help you in my opinion.

When you are paid per click, you are only paid when visitors click the advertiser's banner on your site. The amount paid is usually higher than the pay per impression scheme. Whether you get a high conversion rate here depends on the banner (whether it attracts people to click it), although in general, it has a higher conversion rate than the pay per sale method. A high traffic site will probably enjoy a higher click rate than a lower traffic site, although you will probably get better results if your banners are carefully selected to suit the target audience of your site

One thing you will have to think about while growing your network marketing program with pay per click is the bottom line. If it costs you $100 to get visitors to your websites and you are only netting half that amount in sales. There are one of two things to look over.

One is you're losing money which is obvious and the second is maybe you should take a look at your squeeze page and see if you can come up with a more enticing first impression. Either way something isn't working so you'll have to test each area the PPC keywords, and your advertisement itself.

These are just a few things to look into when using a pay per click strategy for growing your network. It definitely will work, you just need to keep in mind that you need to constantly test it.
