If your Adsense account is banned/deleted, can you still sell your made-for-adsense sites to others?

I read an interesting comment recently that if your Adsense account is banned, your site(s) will never be able to display Adsense ads again, regardless of the owner/publisher. Does anyone know for certain if this is true? In other words, would the MFA site become worthless if your Adsense account is banned? Thanks.

Yes. If you have Adsense running on a site and your account is banned, the website will be blacklisted from running Adsense ever again.

It happens more than you might think. Someone buys a website to run Adsense on, only to find out that the site can no longer run Adsense.

There are even tools to see if a website has been banned from Adsense:
Google Adsense Sandbox Preview Tool with Text, Image and Video Ads - Leaderboard, Skyscraper, Rectangle and Square formats

If they are live, that's a cool idea for a site/page...
I don't think they are ads. I think the site takes the URL's that are running ads for a specific keyword and links to those sites from what looks like an ad.

If no ads show up for your URL, then your site is banned from Adsense.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I might want to consider selling my assets soon...

Are you planning on getting banned?

I mean, if you're doing things on the up and up why worry about it?

Not planning on it, but it is always in the back of my mind. All my MFA sites are XFactor/Clickbump sites and could be considered "spammy" by some. Also worried about huge competitors that I'm lingering with and outranking on page 1 of G for many different keywords. I guess what I meant is I'll probably start flipping sites more often as I make new ones.

I checked a few of your signature sites and found slow load time which could hurt you with google. They do scream "MFA" to me mainly due to the the use of images and lack of content.

The appearance is not a big problem - the load time is.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

I would be worried about your websites getting de-indexedalong with adsense. I think it is likely your websites will get banned first than adsense might ban you also.

Yea those are fairly new and I haven't added any content. Don't know why the load time would be slow, it's usually not. And I've got the WP Cache plugin which is supposed to improve speed.

Thanks for this great tool! For example, i know that this website: zonneschermen.org has been baned in adsense. No ads are showing up.

Not sure about the accuracy of this tool. I tried 5 of my sites that rank in the top 3 and are adsense sites. Not a single one showed up in the results.

The tool is used to evaluate whether or not a site is banned from Adsense. If you put in your URL and ads are displayed then the site is not banned from Adsense. If you put the URL in and no ads are displayed then the site is blacklisted from displaying Adsense.
