Hi
Is there some way i can check the previous pr of one of my pages? Im sure it was a pr1 but now says zero.

The only thing i have done to my site lately, is made links from my homepage nofollow, but that was only 1 link to that page (which has lost pr) and the homepage is only pr2 anyway.

I didnt think one link from a pr2 page was enough to gain a pr1 (of course not taking into account any links etc)

And i know pr is not the be all of seo but it helps me get above my competitors a little.

hope this makes sense!

cheers

Why on earth would you make a link on your page nofollow?
That is a complete nonsense use of nofollow.
That is not what nofollow is for.

And yes, if you wiped out a link, your PR could drop.
Especially if you only had a handful to begin with.

And another yes. If your homepage has authority, it will flow
juice. Most of my inner pages have only links from homepage and
    have high PR.

      Hi Paul

Thanks for the reply. I should make it clearer, i made the links nofollow to experiment and see what difference (if any) it would make both to my internal pages, but also i wondered if it would affect my homepage any(all this is irrelevant now as i have restructured my home page so there are no links to internal pages apart from the navigation).

The homepage restructure hasnt affected any other internal pages but at least i know now that it must have been the deletion of the link, as i ve not made any other changes to the page thats lost pr, but i wanted to check if it has actually lost pr or not.

      thanks
