Regarding New Adsense Account?

Folks,
I have a website, www.siteA.com Which i used to apply for Adsense Account and got approved last year.
After 6 Months i made one more site www.siteB.com (Pure Unique Content Site and Top Ranked in SE) and used the Adsense Units on this site from my Adsense Accounts.
Now i want to Apply for One More Adsense Account and use www.siteB.com for Adsense Application.
Few Facts:
- I will use a different Address. I will use an address of Different State.
- The Payee Name will remain same as my earlier Adsense account.
- The WHoIS infor of both the Domain have my name.
Question:
Will i be able to get New Adsense Account with www.siteB.com ????
