Hello ,

I am planning to follow the x factor system in launching the site . As you guys now it relays on article marketing. I am having some doubt regarding article marketing. in that he says to do article marking on different niche than of yours for backlinks . So do i have to concentrate on hi quality content or just average. Do I get back links form the article director or only if some one takes the article and publish it in there blog . whether google take into account the back link form the artilce that i have submitted in the article directory or only when it is published by some one in there blog .

Thanks
Bob

XFactor was never about high quality content.. just high quality keywords. You get backlinks by the articles getting constantly scraped as article sites get hit hard with this.

I'd stay away from xfactor though.. or at least make sure to use a completely different template, as the footprint for xfactor sites is too well known and Google deindexes those sites quite often.

I have done he keyword research and found the keyword with less competition. Planning to launch the site keyword optimized . Then do the article uploading to the ezine and goarticles. If ezine and goarticles accept my article will i get back links. OR do i have to wait for some one to scrape my article for there blog. if latter is the case then I need to submit high quality articles. coz nobody is interested in an average article when there is high quality article out there. Would like to know just by publishing my article in ezine will give backlink form ezine .

X factor was about good content along with good keyword research. The good content was really hammered home towards the end of the forms life. The hole x factor way of doing things evolved into making larger sites with good content out of the smaller sites that shown promise to be good winners.

Your site will not get banned either for looking like the x factor template. Google does not go around looking for what a sit looks like. It is all about content. If your content is crap and/or your back links are crab, your site will suffer for it.

You want to please Google, had better have good content and a lot of relevant back links too if you have any competition at all. There are a lot of ugly sites ranking high.

You could look at it either way.

If your article content is about a topic that people would want to share and link to then make your content high quality.

If your article is about something no one would care for much detail about then don't bother.

What if my article is not that popular, I am writhing my own article . So obviously It might not be of high quality. if my articles is about a popular niche and still gets only like a 60 views will I be able to get backlink from the ezine if no other webmaster didn't scrap the article for there website.

If you follow the course now, you may not see the results most of us did when we first following the course.

What you probably want to do is to look at creating a few sites and building them out into authority sites for the long-term. This is something John always mentioned from the outset. This means that your sites have a better chance of having some kind of stable income from many different pages. Its assumed the keyword research has been carried out effectively though!

This technique is fairly dated now meaning, any kind of 'domination' is going to take a lot. I would suggest creating 1-2 larger sites with quality content that focus on a couple of larger traffic KW groups.
